Fried Hog Island Sweetwater oyster, cucumber gelee, rouille.

Beer:  All Shucked Up Oyster Stout – 5.1% ABV - 22 IBUs

Dry Irish Stout on Nitro brewed with Hog Island Oyster shells for a rich texture

~  1st course ~

Ecopia Farms mixed baby greens, pickled romanesco, pink lady apples, butternut puree, feta, micro greens

Beer Clothes off-Pose off Kolsch – 4.4% ABV - 17 IBUs

Cold-brewed with premium German Pilsner malt and three varieties of Hallertauhops

~  2nd course ~

Hamachi crudo, fingerlimes, blood orange gelee, hop-infused olive oil,

baby celery, wasabi micro greens

Beer:  Space Jam IPA – 6.2% ABV – 69 IBUs

Hoppy golden ale featuring the tropical character of Australian Galaxy hops

~ 3rd course ~

Roast squab, nettle puree, cipollini onion confit, meyer lemon,

brown butter chanterelle, charred sourdough powder

Beer:  Pumpkin in a Pear Tree Belgian Single – 5.6% ABV – 16 IBUs

Pale ale brewed with organic pumpkins with notes of pear from the Belgian yeast

~ 4rd course ~

Porter-braised pear, fresh red currants, porter syrup, whipped cream               Beer: Winter Mocha Porter – 7.4% ABV – 25 IBUs

Rich dark ale aged with organic coffee and cocoa nibs
